I spent Saturday with Jeff (whom I nabbed this photo from) manning the Cloudscape table at Fan Expo. I’ve never been to a con this big. It was very overwhelming, but fun nonetheless.
I’d never been to a con with cosplay, so that was really neat. There were lots of Links and many, many Harley Quinns. Even though I don’t read Homestuck, I kind of really like Homestuck cosplay. There were lots of cute little homestucks around. So that was adorable.
My highlight of the con was meeting Amy T. Falcone from Strip Search (if you’re not watching this you should be). She was delightful. She did a little sketch on the mini comic I bought & told me I had the best sweater.
That night I went COSMIC BOWLING with friends because it was Chris’s birthday! It was so much fun! I haven’t been bowling since grade 8, so of course I was terrible. However, Jonathon & I had a little competition going on to see who was the worse bowler of the two of us, & let’s just say I didn’t win.
